东莞先臻模具有限公司

先进于1990年在香港成立，主要业务是塑胶模具的设计与制造，当客户提供产品设计图样及要求，先进会进行模具的详细设计与制造，并进行注塑测试以确定设计的模具及生产出的产品符合客户的要求，完成后模具才会正式交付给客户，从设计至模具制作及生产调试全过程一丝不茍，因此受到客户欢迎。1995年由于订单的不断增加及配合客户的发展，先进亦进入了国内在广东省东莞市大朗镇开始国内模具的制造，经过几年的发展，先进由单一的模具制造，进入多元的业务包括注塑生产，丝印/移印，喷油，产品装配等。2005年先进再次的配合客户发展，将生产规模扩充并搬迁到现址(广东省东莞市常平镇)，生产业务亦由单一注塑及装配等生产，增加了吹塑生产及CNC仿形加工等，发展至今生产部门由6个增加到13个，并拥有员工达800多人。本公司的客户多为生产玩具制品和化妆品。但亦有客户生产婴儿用品、家庭用品、实用家电、游泳用品及一些复杂用品诸如OEM模具等。客户主要遍及英国、美国、法国及东南亚地区。CompanyProfileAdvancewasestablishedinHongKongin1991,themainbusinessisplasticmolddesignandmanufacturing.WhenCustomerprovidetherequirementsandproductdrawing,Advancewillstartthemoulddesignandthenmouldmanufacture.Afterthemouldtrialandthesamplesanalysis,themoulddesignandtheproductswillverifywhicharemeetcustomerrequirements.ThiscompulsoryverificationprocesscanensurethemouldandproductqualitybeforedeliverytocustomerandthisleadAdvancebecomemorepopular.Duetotheexpansionofthebusinessandgrowthtogetherwiththekeycustomer,AdvancehasstarteditsfirstChinafactoryatDalangTownin1995.Afterseveralyearsdevelopment,Advancehasdevelopedfromsinglemouldmakingproductiontobecomemorediversifiedtoincludeplasticinjection,silkscreen,padprinting,paintingandproductassembly.In2005Advancehasexpandedagainandmovedtoanewlocation-ChangpingTown.Theblowmoldingproduction,theCNCprofilinghasintroducedandleadtotheproductiondepartmentincreasefrom6to13andemploysover800people.
