Shenzhen Fenda Vocational Technical School was established in 2009 and is a publicly assisted private full-time secondary vocational technical school approved by the Shenzhen Municipal Education Bureau. Since its establishment, the school has relied on the industrial development of the Pearl River Delta, adhered to the reform and innovation spirit of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, and insisted on taking moral education as the fundamental task of school education. In August 2014, the school merged with the former Shenzhen Pingshan New District Kechuang Vocational Skills Training School, expanding the scale of Fenda Vocational School. It now has the Fenda Main Campus and two branch campuses, Kechuang and Songgang. At present, there are 52 teaching classes, 3,395 students, and 217 faculty and staff members (including 2 professors, 8 associate professors, 38 senior teachers and senior engineers, 35 double-qualified teachers, and 16 master's degree holders). It offers 12 majors, including Marketing, Electronic Technology Application, Tourism Service and Management, Logistics Service and Management, Computer Networking, Automobile Application and Maintenance, E-commerce, Preschool Teacher Training, Accounting, Aviation Service, High-Star Hotel Operation and Management, and Tourism Service and Management. The main campus is located in Fenda Technology Park, Shiyan Zhoushi Road, Bao'an District, Shenzhen. The campus covers an area of more than 300 mu, with the teaching area covering 69,700 square meters and a building area of 17,600 square meters. The school emphasizes the connection between secondary and higher vocational education and operates under a two-plaque, one-team management system with Shenzhen Fenda Training College (a full-time educational institution approved by the Shenzhen Municipal Education Bureau). The college mainly engages in education and training for college diplomas and above. Currently, well-known institutions cooperating with Fenda include Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic, China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), and Shenzhen Polytechnic. Fenda Vocational School and Fenda College implement a seamless connection from secondary vocational education to college education. Students in secondary vocational education can directly study university courses jointly offered with the college after completing their secondary education. Upon completion of the study period, those with qualified grades and who meet graduation requirements can obtain nationally recognized college graduation certificates issued by the corresponding universities. The school attaches importance to external cooperative education and cooperates with Yeungjin College of Korea, becoming the Shenzhen training base for international students of Yeungjin College of Korea. Fenda Training College offers a targeted class for studying at Yeungjin College of Korea. The school has been selected by the Liaison Office of the People's Governments of Provinces, Autonomous Regions, and Municipalities Nationwide in Shenzhen as the National Employment Training Service Center for Large and Secondary Vocational Colleges, providing employment guidance, skill improvement, and other training services for graduates of vocational colleges nationwide, unemployed youth in society, and in-service employees of enterprises. The school strengthens cooperation with industries and enterprises, has established cooperative relations with more than 50 enterprises, and has set up more than 2 off-campus practice bases and internship points for each major. The school has now formed a joint education model centered on Shenzhen and radiating nationwide, and has jointly run schools with more than 30 institutions in the mainland, including Jishou University in Hunan, Longshan Vocational School, Luxi Vocational School, Xiangxi Vocational and Technical College, Ceheng Vocational High School in Guizhou, Qiandongnan Vocational School, Cangyuan Vocational School in Yunnan, and Laifeng Vocational High School in Hubei.
