Wuhan VSD Medical Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005 and is a domestic high-tech medical device enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales.
The company focuses on research in wound management, tissue repair, bioengineering, and other fields. Its products cover multiple series including medical polymer materials, negative pressure source equipment, and advanced wound management dressings. Marketed products such as VSD® hydrophilic materials, VSD® hydrophobic materials, VSD® composite materials, Weistong®, Weisyi®, and Weisibao® are all in leading market positions, making the company a leader in the domestic VSD negative pressure封闭 drainage industry.
The company currently has nearly 300 employees, of whom 65% hold a bachelor's degree or above, 16% hold a master's or doctoral degree or above, and over 70% have a medical or related professional background. The company's production base is located in Wuhan Airport Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of 20,000 square meters with a building area of 22,750 square meters. The base has established a technology R&D center, a medical polymer materials production center, and a negative pressure source machine production center, and has established a strict production management and quality assurance system, having successively passed national GMP certification, ISO13485 certification, and CE certification.
Through nearly 10 years of development, the company has achieved tremendous success in the application and promotion of VSD negative pressure封闭 drainage technology, and is recognized as a pioneer, founder, and promoter of VSD technology in China. The company has established nearly 200 training and promotion bases across the country.
