Kunshan Guoxian Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. was established in November 2012. The company is a state-controlled enterprise and serves as the implementation entity for Visionox's AMOLED industrialization project. Supported by Visionox's technology and management team, its business covers the research and development, production, and sales of display technologies and products such as AMOLED, dedicated to promoting AMOLED industrialization and leading the innovative development of China's AMOLED industry.

Visionox Company was founded based on the Organic Light Emitting Display (OLED) technology of Tsinghua University. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating independent research and development, large-scale production, and market sales. Established in 2001, it is the first OLED product supplier in mainland China. Adhering to the corporate development goal of leading China's OLED industry through technological innovation, and with the corporate vision of expanding horizons and enhancing human visual experience, the company has kept pace with the industrial development rhythm from basic research to pilot production and then to large-scale mass production, building a complete research and industrialization platform. Its business fields cover OLED displays, OLED lighting, and OLED application terminals. After more than ten years of continuous development, Visionox has become the leading enterprise in China's OLED industry. Visionox has systematically mastered key technologies in OLED materials, devices, processes, and driving technologies. To date, Visionox and Tsinghua University have applied for more than 500 domestic and international patents, led the formulation or revision of 2 OLED international standards, and led the development of 3 national standards and 5 industry standards for OLED. In 2008, Visionox's self-designed PMOLED large-scale production line was completed and put into operation in Kunshan, and the company independently developed and produced more than 30 series and over 300 products, widely used in portable consumer electronics, instrumentation, medical equipment, and other fields. Products have spread to Japan, South Korea, Europe, and other countries and regions. In 2012, Visionox's PMOLED product shipments ranked first globally. In 2010, Visionox built the first AMOLED pilot production line in mainland China, fully breaking through the key technologies and process links of AMOLED, and successfully developed 7.6-inch and 12-inch AMOLED samples. In 2012, Visionox's AMOLED industrialization project was officially launched in Kunshan, with production expected to commence by the end of 2014. Visionox adheres to an advanced and open talent management model, cultivating a dynamic R&D, production, and management team, and establishing the Visionox Academy. Visionox has received numerous honors, including the State Council's "National Technology Invention Award First Prize", the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "Major Technology Invention of Information Industry" award, the State Intellectual Property Office's "China Patent Gold Award", the Ministry of Education's "Technology Invention Award First Prize", the Chinese Institute of Electronics' "Electronic Information Science and Technology Award First Prize", the Ministry of Science and Technology's first batch of "Independent Innovation Products" designation, and the Ministry of Science and Technology's "National Key New Products" honor. Visionox is committed to driving and nurturing the common development of the upstream and downstream OLED industry chain, serving as the co-chair unit of the China OLED Industry Alliance and the secretary-general unit of the Jiangsu OLED Industry Alliance.
