Jiangsu Fangyang Group Co., Ltd.

Jiangsu Fangyang Group Co., Ltd. was established in April 2009. It is a wholly state-owned company funded by the Lianyungang Municipal People's Government, authorized to be supervised by the Management Committee of the National East-West Regional Cooperation Demonstration Zone (Xuwei New Area) on behalf of the investor, with a registered capital of 4 billion yuan. Fangyang Group is the main entity for the development and construction of Xuwei New Area, currently undertaking the investment, construction, and operation of major infrastructure, municipal public works, public service platforms, and industrial neighborhood centers within the park. The group now owns 15 first-level subsidiaries in logistics, water affairs, technology, modern services, engineering, real estate, thermal power, energy, etc. Its main business covers four major business segments: industrial investment, park supporting services, ecological environment construction, and real estate development. In the next 3-5 years, the group will be based in Xuwei New Area, through efficient resource integration and capital operation, to build the enterprise into a comprehensive service provider for park development, construction, and operation, ranking among the top in the province and having certain influence nationwide.
