Founded in 2003, Shanghai OHS Evaluation & Consulting Co., Ltd. provides testing, evaluation, and consulting services to clients in the fields of environment, occupational health, public health, energy management, construction engineering quality, radiation, cleanrooms, central air conditioning, drinking water, and food hygiene, based on national laws and regulations (L) and the client's own quality (Q) and resource (R) management requirements, offering one-stop comprehensive EHS services. On October 16, 2013, the company was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ), with the stock abbreviation: OHS Consulting; stock code: 430319. In December of the same year, the company officially acquired Shanghai Tongbiao Quality Testing Technology Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Ningda Hygiene Testing Technology Co., Ltd. OHS (OHSA) holds the qualification of occupational health technical service institution in Shanghai; it is a third-party independent testing and consulting institution that has passed the metrological certification assessment of Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision and obtained laboratory qualification accreditation (CMA). OHS (OHSA) has also obtained the occupational health technical service institution qualification in Jiangsu Province, and has obtained the Jiangsu Provincial Metrological Certification Certificate through the metrological certification assessment of Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. OHS Consulting's wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Tongbiao Quality Testing Technology Co., Ltd. is the chairman unit of the Laboratory Management and Technical Professional Committee of Shanghai Metrology Association, a member of Shanghai Metrology Association, a member of Shanghai Construction Engineering Testing Industry Association, a member of Shanghai Engineering Construction Quality Management Association, and a council member unit of Shanghai Green Building. Shanghai Tongbiao holds the Shanghai Construction Engineering Testing and Evaluation Accreditation Certificate, the Administrative License for Judicial Appraisal, the Qualification Certificate for Engineering Consulting Units, and the national laboratory accreditation and inspection body accreditation from the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). The company has obtained the qualification accreditation (CMA) from Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, and holds the qualifications of Shanghai Building Energy Audit Institution, Building Energy Efficiency Testing Institution, Shanghai Contract Energy Management Record Filing, Building Intelligent Engineering Professional Contracting, and Construction Engineering Quality Testing Institution. In terms of public health, it mainly provides comprehensive and professional indoor environmental parameter testing, evaluation, and consulting services for residences, commercial buildings, and various public places.
