I. Company Profile

Fujian Shenyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. is affiliated with the Hensheng Holding Group. Rooted in Fujian for 35 years, the Group has developed into a modern enterprise group integrating industry, real estate, and finance. It ranked 368th among China's Top 500 Enterprises in 2020, 161st among China's Top 500 Private Enterprises in 2020, and 89th among China's Top 500 Private Manufacturing Enterprises in 2020. It has been honored with the titles of "Fujian Province Famous Trademark" and "Fujian Province Brand-Name Product," selling well in over 20 provinces and cities nationwide and entering global overseas markets.

Fujian Shenyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenyuan") has a registered capital of RMB 1.685 billion and covers an area of 5,836 mu. Located in Kemen Port, Lianjiang, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, the company is dedicated to the development of emerging materials science, with main products including caprolactam, cyclohexanone, ammonium sulfate, and polyamide and other chemical intermediates, primarily involving the fields of chemicals and chemical fiber new materials.

The company has successively received honors such as: one of China's Top 100 Private Enterprises in Petroleum and Chemical Industry, a Leading Enterprise in Fujian Province, an Excellent Enterprise in Intelligent Manufacturing in the Chemical Fiber Industry, a Green Factory in the Fourth Batch approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the caprolactam unit of Shenyuan Phase I won the 2018-2019 Luban Prize for China Construction Engineering (National Quality Project).

II. Company Development History

In March 2013, Fujian Shenyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. was formally established;

In July 2017, the Phase I integrated project with an annual output of 400,000 tons of caprolactam and polyamide was fully completed and put into operation, making Shenyuan the world's largest integrated production base for caprolactam and nylon polymerization;

In 2018, the construction of Shenyuan Phase II project was launched, planned to commence production by the end of 2019, with an estimated annual output value of RMB 25 billion after full completion;

In October 2018, Hensheng Holding Group successfully acquired the global caprolactam business of Fibrant Holding Company (Fibrant), including all shares of Fibrant's caprolactam plant in the Netherlands (Fibrant B.V.) and a 60% equity stake in Fibrant's caprolactam plant in Nanjing, China (Nanjing Fibrant Oriental Chemical Co., Ltd.);

In September 2019, Hensheng Holding Group acquired Air Liquide (Fuzhou) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Fortune Global 500 French company Air Liquide;
