Since its establishment in 1984, the company has successively founded Yingtan Ruiyuan Joint-stock Co., Ltd., Yingtan Ruijin Technology Co., Ltd., Ruiyuan Precision Plastic & Hardware (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Lirnuo Precision Hardware Co., Ltd. In order to further expand the international market and meet the needs of overseas customers, in 2006 the company invested and registered in Hong Kong: Hong Kong Ruiyuan Precision Plastic & Hardware Products Co., Ltd. From 2009 to now, it has successively established in Zhengzhou, Henan: Zhengzhou Hengpei Precision Co., Ltd. and Ruiyuan Precision (Jincheng) Company.
