Founded in December 1994, Tianan Insurance Co., Ltd. is China's first joint-stock commercial insurance company established in accordance with modern enterprise systems and international standards, headquartered in Pudong, Shanghai. It primarily operates various property insurance, liability insurance, marine insurance, accident insurance, health insurance, and financial services insurance in RMB and foreign currencies, as well as handling various reinsurance and statutory insurance businesses. Currently, the company has a registered capital of 6.98 billion RMB and a solvency ratio of over 270%, gradually growing into a national large-scale modern financial insurance enterprise.
