Shanghai Yijiu Financial Information Services Co., Ltd. was newly established by Boen Technology Group on the basis of Chongqing Yijiu Financial Services Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes: financial information services, asset management, investment management, enterprise management, and business consulting. Its predecessor, Chongqing Yijiu Financial Services Co., Ltd., was established in June 2013 with a registered capital of 30 million yuan.
Yijiu Finance (*) is committed to building a *safe and *efficient internet financial services platform. It was officially launched and began operations on November 25, 2013. As of November 20, 2014, just one year after launch, its cumulative issuance amount (excluding secondary transaction volume) reached 2.5 billion yuan, making it one of the *fastest-growing enterprises in the internet finance sector. To date, Yijiu Finance has established strategic cooperation with a total of 10 large state-owned guarantee companies across 6 provinces nationwide, launching an innovative internet finance product "TouRongBao" to solve the difficulties of difficult, slow, and expensive financing for small and medium-sized enterprises, serving the real economy.
