Guangdong Jiateng Robotics Automation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiateng") is committed to the research, development, production, and sales in the field of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV). Leveraging advanced technologies such as inertial navigation, laser navigation, QR code navigation, and magnetic navigation, it has launched a series of convenient, efficient, and intelligent handling robots.
Founded in 2002, Jiateng is one of the top ten industrial robot brands in China and a member of the German Logistics Alliance (BVL). It is ISO9001 certified, and its products have won numerous domestic and international awards. In 2015, the "Big Hornet" won the first prize in the Enterprise Group of the "Maker China" competition, and in the same year, the single-lift AGV won the China Red Star Design Award. In 2016, two AGV products with magnetic navigation and inertial navigation won the Oscar of the design world - the German Red Dot Design Award, and represented Chinese robots at the Hannover Messe industrial fair.
Since 2005, Jiateng has focused on the R&D and sales of AGV and intelligent material delivery solutions, having launched six generations of AGVs. It is the earliest Chinese robot company to export to Europe. It has a modern production base of over 50,000 square meters in Foshan, Guangdong, with a branch base in Chongqing and 20 offices across the country, as well as partners in North America, South America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. The company holds more than 150 patents and software copyrights, making it a leading domestic provider of AGV and intelligent material delivery solutions.
Jiateng is a high-tech enterprise in Guangdong Province, a backbone enterprise in the robotics industry of Guangdong, and a strategic emerging backbone enterprise. It is a member of BVL, the German Logistics Alliance. Jiateng is the first Chinese robot company to win the German Red Dot Design Award, an "Oscar" in industrial design, and is a well-known AGV brand in the Chinese market. Its products are favored by over 60 world-renowned customers.
More than 5,000 Jiateng AGVs are used in enterprises worldwide. Customers include well-known automobile manufacturers such as GAC Group, Honda, Toyota, and Volkswagen; domestic and foreign factories or warehouses of communication, electronics, and electrical companies such as Huawei, Midea, Hisense, Lenovo, and Wistron; and companies in transportation, electric power, aviation, food, and other fields, such as CSR. In 2015, Jiateng became a global strategic partner of NDC, a world-leading laser navigation technology service provider. Currently, Jiateng AGV products cover various navigation methods including laser navigation, inertial navigation, magnetic guidance, and natural navigation, with a load capacity of up to 40 tons, providing indoor and outdoor products and services for factories, warehouses, docks, and more. Among them, the side-fork AGV, independently developed by Jiateng, has opened an intelligent era for automated warehouses, thoroughly solving the problems of poor flexibility, high maintenance costs, and difficulty in moving traditional automated warehouses.
Jiateng's core technology lies in its main control hardware system using ARM embedded computers and a powerful logistics software system. The software system includes the AGV central dispatching system, Jiateng Brain JT Brain, intelligent manufacturing IMS software system, WMS warehouse management system, and WCS warehouse execution system. The AGV central dispatching system is a system that can centrally supervise, control, and dispatch multiple AGVs at the same time. Users can view the device status, location, and working status of each controlled AGV in real time from the system interface and can also automatically or manually call idle AGVs to assign tasks. According to actual user needs, functions such as AGV fault alarms, traffic control on complex road sections, and remote upgrade and maintenance of the AGV system can also be added. With strong software and hardware support, Jiateng AGVs can connect seamlessly with systems such as ERP, MES, WMS, and IMS.
Jiateng believes that intelligent manufacturing is the future trend and the key to success for enterprises. So far, the core members of Jiateng's intelligent manufacturing expert team exceed ten, distributed across Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Germany, and elsewhere, with headquarters in Shunde.
