Guangzhou Wenchuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. is located in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. It is a state-owned enterprise and a wholly-owned subsidiary of "CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.", a large shipbuilding enterprise under China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited, and serves as an important development platform for Huangpu Wenchong's applied industries. Established in May 2012, the company is a leading enterprise in offshore wind power product manufacturing in South China, a full-category ship outfitting parts R&D and manufacturing center, and a benchmark enterprise for fully equipped quayside crane manufacturing. The headquarters is located in Huangpu District, Guangzhou City, and it manages five bases: The Nansha Base, located in Nansha District, Guangzhou, has developed into the largest full-category outfitting parts R&D and manufacturing center in South China, a leading domestic outfitting parts manufacturing base, and the Guangdong Provincial Ship Standard Outfitting Parts Engineering Technology Research Center. The Changzhou Base is located on Changzhou Island in southeastern Guangzhou, adjacent to the world-renowned Huangpu Military Academy. It mainly serves as a manufacturing site for military ship outfitting parts and is a manufacturing base for special naval vessel outfitting parts of Huangpu Wenchong, capable of meeting the needs of various special naval vessels. The Zhongshan Base, located in Cuiheng New District, Zhongshan City, covers an area of 350,000 square meters and is the largest offshore wind power steel structure product manufacturing base in South China. The Dongguan Base, located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, covers an area of 100,000 square meters and is an important manufacturing base for infrastructure steel structures and complete sets of equipment in South China. The Qinzhou Base, located in Qinzhou Port of the Guangxi Pilot Free Trade Zone, has a planned area of 230,000 square meters, with the capability to berth 100,000-ton class vessels, and is the largest steel structure manufacturing workshop in China; it also undertakes the manufacturing tasks for floating foundations, offshore ranches, and other related steel structure products.
