Kasma International is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Magna, with business scope including design, engineering research and development, testing, and manufacturing of automotive body and chassis systems.
The Guangzhou plant was established in May 2015, currently employing over 300 people. The company is located in Fengle North Industrial Park, Huangpu District, Guangzhou, covering an area of 100 mu. The plant is built in two phases: Phase I includes welding lines, mainly producing automotive body systems, chassis systems, and suspension modules; Phase II includes stamping lines and hot forming lines. Major customers include GAC Honda, GAC Toyota, GAC Motor, and BYD, among others.
