Chongqing Hupo Camellia Oil Co., Ltd. was established in 2010, with its headquarters located in the Internet Industrial Park of Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing. The company takes the entire industrial chain of camellia cultivation, processing, sales, scientific research, and its derivative products and organic agricultural and sideline products as its development core, and is a municipal-level comprehensive leading enterprise in agriculture and forestry industrialization. The company has newly built and transformed nearly 100,000 mu of wild camellia forests (including self-built, jointly built, and cooperative), mainly distributed in Youyang County of Chongqing, Yanhe County of Guizhou Province, and Ninglang County of Yunnan Province. The processing center is located in Youyang County, with an initial production capacity of 3,000 tons/year, and its production capacity and base scale rank among the top in Southwest China. The company has subsidiaries including Guizhou Company, Yunnan Company, and Liangping Company, with more than 100 employees and more than 200 planting base management and protection personnel.
Nearly 100,000 mu of newly built and transformed wild camellia forests (including self-built, jointly built, and cooperative), and the base scale is expected to develop to 200,000 mu by 2020. Mingda Town, Liangping County, planned 10,000 mu; Banxi Town, Youyang County, planned 10,000 mu; Keda Township/Daxi Town, Youyang County, planned 50,000 mu; Xiushan County, planned 50,000 mu; Yanhe County, Guizhou Province, planned 100,000 mu.
The company has introduced modern fully enclosed physical pressing, pure physical refining, and fully enclosed filling production lines, with an initial production capacity of 3,000 tons/year. It has passed ISO9001 quality management system and HACCP system certification.
VI. Hupo Milestones

November 2010: Chongqing Hupo Camellia Oil Co., Ltd. was established.
2010-2013: Built 20,000 mu of camellia forests.
January 2014: The Wild Camellia Forest Protection Center was established. The Ancient Camellia Tree Gene Bank Protection Center was established. The modern physical pressing production line was completed.
May 2015: In May 2015, products entered boutique supermarkets such as Chongqing Yuandong Supermarket.
June-November 2015: Rated as a leading forestry enterprise in Chongqing. "Hupo Camellia Oil" was rated as a Chongqing famous brand agricultural product.
April-End of 2016: Xiushan County Hupo Camellia Oil Co., Ltd. was established. Yunnan Hupo Oil Co., Ltd., Guizhou Hupo Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., and Liangping County Hupo Camellia Oil Co., Ltd. were established.
May-August 2016: The Chongqing Camellia Industry Association was established. Rated as a municipal-level leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization in Chongqing.
September-October 2016: Jointly built the Chongqing Camellia Seedling Research and Development Center with the Chongqing Academy of Forestry.
October: The chairman was rated as an "Advanced Individual in Poverty Alleviation Work in Chongqing" and was invited to attend the National Poverty Alleviation Work Conference.
