The Chaotianmen Hot Pot brand was founded in 1935, and later due to historical reasons, its operations were interrupted in the early 1950s. In the early 1990s, Chaotianmen Hot Pot resumed operations. In the early period of reform and opening up, Chaotianmen implemented brand-based operations, enabling Chaotianmen Hot Pot to continuously develop and grow. In 2004, the Chaotianmen Catering headquarters was established, transitioning to a corporate and group management model. In 2007, the Chaotianmen brand obtained a franchise qualification and officially began chain operations nationwide. In 2013, it was upgraded to Chaotianmen Catering Holding Group.
Currently, the group has four wholly-owned subsidiaries: Chongqing Chaotianmeng Catering Management Co., Ltd., Chongqing Pusheng Catering Investment Co., Ltd., Chongqing Yucheng Weidu Catering Management Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Runhuijia Trading Co., Ltd.; and three controlling subsidiaries: Chongqing Puji Catering Management Co., Ltd., Chongqing Laojiuyuan Catering Management Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Chunwuli Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. It has fully realized brand industrialization and group management.
As of now, brands under Chaotianmen Catering have more than 500 chain stores nationwide and overseas. It has successively established branches in Guangdong, Hubei, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Sichuan, and other places, and has built a comprehensive operational support system including product research and development bases, talent training bases, trading and sales companies, logistics distribution centers, and operational demonstration stores.
