Changsha Xinlian Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was established in 2013, located next to the Shanghai Volkswagen Industrial Park in Xingsha Economic Development Zone, Changsha City, Hunan Province. Its headquarters is Shanghai Xinpeng Lianzhong Auto Parts Co., Ltd., mainly providing door cover assemblies and body assemblies supporting processing for four Shanghai Volkswagen models: Lavida FL DS, Touran NF, SKA+SUV, and Lavida NF.
Shanghai Xinpeng Lianzhong Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was established in November 2010, located in Huaxin Town, Qingpu District, Shanghai. It was jointly funded and established by the listed company Xinpeng Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Volkswagen United Development Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 480 million yuan. Its business areas involve supporting processing for large structural parts of passenger vehicles, including stamping, uncoiling and blanking, assembly welding, etc. It currently provides parts manufacturing and processing for Shanghai Volkswagen's Lavida, Octavia, Superb, Passat, New Passat, Tiguan, Touran, Polo, etc. At present, it has three subsidiaries: Changsha Xinlian Auto Parts Co., Ltd., Yangzhou Xinlian Auto Parts Co., Ltd., and Ningbo Xinzhong Auto Parts Co., Ltd., with a total of about 1,400 employees and annual sales of about 1.5 billion yuan.
