Shanghai INESA Display Materials Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Shanghai SVA Fuji Optoelectronic Materials Co., Ltd.) was established on April 12, 2007. It is a state-owned holding enterprise jointly invested and operated by Shanghai INESA Electronics (Group) Co., Ltd. and Shanghai INESA Asset Management (Group) Co., Ltd. It is the first and the only manufacturer of color filters for fifth-generation TFT-LCD in mainland China. Located in Xinzhuang Industrial Park, Shanghai, which enjoys a beautiful environment and convenient transportation, the company covers a total planned area of approximately 78,000 square meters, employs over 400 staff, and has a production capacity of 80K per month. The registered capital is RMB 1,324,090.65 thousand yuan, of which Shanghai INESA Electronics (Group) Co., Ltd. contributes 76.51% and Shanghai INESA Asset Management (Group) Co., Ltd. contributes 23.49%.
