Wuhan EasyDiagnosis Biomedicine Co., Ltd. (002932.SZ) was founded in 2008 and is located in the National Bio-Industry Base – Wuhan Optics Valley Biolake. It is a national high-tech enterprise specialized in providing in vitro diagnostic reagents and supporting instruments (POCT, molecular diagnostics, chemiluminescence, blood gas analysis, etc.) as well as medical services such as chest pain centers, stroke centers, and ECG networks. It is a Hubei Provincial Enterprise Technology Center and a Wuhan Municipal Enterprise R&D Center. As a domestic advocate for high-throughput POCT, the company is a builder of chest pain centers, stroke centers, and remote ECG networks. Its main business currently covers nearly 5,000 medical institutions across 30 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions nationwide, while also establishing sales presence in Asia, the European Union, South America, and other regions. The company was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on July 10, 2018, under stock code 002932. During the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, EasyDiagnosis successfully developed a COVID-19 nucleic acid detection kit and obtained relevant certifications, demonstrating its responsibility as an IVD enterprise in the affected area. Meanwhile, EasyDiagnosis's COVID-19 nucleic acid reagent, antibody detection reagent, and blood gas analyzer have also obtained EU CE certification, granting it permission to sell abroad.
EasyDiagnosis has successively passed EU CE certification and ISO 13485 quality management system certification. It holds over 30 CFDA-registered POCT rapid diagnostic reagent products, enabling rapid whole-blood bedside testing for PCT (procalcitonin) and S100-β protein. Its product portfolio covers cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, infectious diseases, kidney diseases, diabetes, health checkups, and obstetrics and gynecology, making it one of the domestic companies with a relatively rich POCT product line.
The immunoquantitative detection platform independently developed by EasyDiagnosis enables one-step operation, intelligent identification, and rapid test results within 15 minutes, while also being compatible with the detection of nearly 30 immune markers. It is suitable not only for rapid bedside diagnosis of acute and critical conditions in large and medium-sized hospitals, but also for immunoquantitative analysis in the clinical laboratory departments of small and medium-sized hospitals, as well as for point-of-care testing of common diseases in primary-level hospitals. Currently, more than 3,000 medical institutions nationwide use EasyDiagnosis's POCT products, with over 60% being secondary-level hospitals or above.
Since 2017, EasyDiagnosis has successively launched a fully automated immunoquantitative analyzer, a 12-lead mobile electrocardiograph (for remote ECG network construction), the HB1000 glycated hemoglobin analyzer, the fully automated chemiluminescence platform SMART300, the whole-blood POCT chemiluminescence platform CF10, dozens of chemiluminescence reagents, the dry-type blood gas analysis platform ST2000, the wet-type blood gas analysis platform PT1000, and multiple molecular diagnostic reagents.
EasyDiagnosis's layout in the rapid diagnostics field fully aligns with the detection needs for acute and critical conditions in medical institutions, achieving multi-scenario coverage including in-hospital, central hospitals, primary-level hospitals, and pre-hospital emergency care. It has also established a comprehensive, scientific, and standardized quality control system. In response to and in implementation of the National Health and Family Planning Commission's requirements and standards for chest pain center construction, EasyDiagnosis has focused on developing integrated solutions for chest pain centers, helping medical institutions shorten the treatment time for patients with acute chest pain in the region and improve the treatment rate for patients with acute myocardial infarction.
EasyDiagnosis has an independent R&D center and a highly skilled R&D team. Its founders are outstanding representatives of the "Optics Valley 3551 Talent Program", with overseas study backgrounds and rich clinical experience, and hold multiple patented technologies. In 2016, EasyDiagnosis, in collaboration with Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Southeast University, obtained a national "Major Scientific Instrument and Equipment Development" special project from the Ministry of Science and Technology.
