Chongqing Hualei Commercial Concrete (Group) Co., Ltd. was established in March 2004. It is an environmentally friendly commercial concrete production enterprise built to modern standards. The company is located at No. 1 Tangwan, Jiulong Village, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing. Since the establishment of the plant, we have produced more than 2.2 million cubic meters of ready-mixed commercial concrete for building construction, underwater, tunnel, bridge, road, civil and other structural projects. We also have the capacity to produce various strength grades of concrete and special concrete. The "self-leveling self-compacting vibration-free concrete" developed by our company has been successfully applied in engineering practice. In the "Zhongxin Chengshangcheng" project, high-performance, durable concrete was pumped in one continuous operation to a height of 258M, and we are fully capable of supplying various concrete products required by all types of projects. Chongqing Hualei Commercial Concrete (Group) Co., Ltd. was the first in the Southwest region to introduce Liaoning Hainuo 2 M3 dual-unit HZS120 type and dual-unit HZS200 type concrete mixing plants and supporting facilities with an annual output of 2.2 million cubic meters. It has 19 200-ton silos and 8 300-ton rear storage bins, capable of storing 30,000 tons of sand and 50,000 tons of crushed stone. The company also has 3 concrete pump trucks of 37 meters, 5 truck-mounted pumps, 80 8M3 concrete mixer transport vehicles, 2 cement transport vehicles, 19 trailer pumps, and is equipped with two 500KW diesel generator sets and two water pumps, unaffected by power or water outages, ensuring continuous 24-hour production. The entire production line, from aggregate collection, proportioning, metering, production to loading and unloading, is fully automated. By adding color plate enclosure to the main part of the mixing plant, adopting a closed system for all dust emission links and installing Italian WAM dust collectors at dust sources, and recycling production wastewater after three-stage sedimentation in sedimentation tanks, the company has effectively protected the environment and achieved "zero" wastewater discharge. The central laboratory, built according to the national standard secondary laboratory, has a building area of 255 square meters and is equipped with one 2000KN first-grade precision press, one 300KN first-grade precision press, one set of cement physical testing equipment, a full set of raw material testing equipment, and one set of constant temperature and humidity curing room equipment, ensuring that ready-mixed concrete from raw material procurement, production, transportation, pumping, and test block making and curing are carried out under scientific and strict management. The company has also formed a strong alliance with Chongqing Construction Science Research Institute, taking the institute's technical strength as a strong backing, thereby ensuring stable and reliable concrete quality. After a comprehensive review and evaluation of our concrete quality control system by experts from relevant institutions, we officially passed ISO9001 international quality management system certification in 2004.
