上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院崇明分院创建于1915年，现占地面积112亩，建筑面积约11.2万平方米，核定床位1000张，是崇明地区规模*大、设施先进，集医疗、教学、科研和管理为一体的三级乙等综合性教学医院。医院是上海交通大学医学院、上海健康医学院、安徽医科大学和蚌埠医学院的教学医院，上海市内科、妇产科、全科医师规范化培训基地。目前在职职工1361人，其中卫技人员1184名，硕士及以上205名，高级职称167名，中级职称578名，硕导21名。医院拥有3个市级重点专科，16个区级重点学科，34个临床科室，6个教研室，1个市级实验室。
