Shanghai Lin Tongyan & Li Guohao Civil Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., founded in 1993, is a Sino-American joint venture specializing in civil engineering and consulting. It is jointly established by Tongji University of China and Lin Tung-Yen China, Inc. of the United States. The company primarily undertakes the design of various types of buildings, roads, and bridges. It holds Class A engineering design certificates and Class A engineering consulting qualifications issued by the competent authorities of the Ministry of Construction and the National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China. The company has passed the ISO9001 series certification by authoritative certification bodies and has obtained both domestic and international certificates.

The Lin Li Company is one of the earliest design institutions in China named after renowned individuals and aligned with international practices. The company combines the technical advantages of both China and the United States and possesses a team of experienced technical experts. It has collaborated with numerous well-known domestic and international design firms on various major projects at home and abroad.

The Lin Li Company has hundreds of technical backbones, many of whom hold master's or doctoral degrees and senior professional titles, including national Class I and II registered architects, national Class I and II registered structural engineers, registered (investment) consulting engineers, registered planners, and registered cost engineers. The technical team has a reasonable age structure, clear hierarchy, and strict management.
