本公司是由日本株式会社吉业斯益在常投资的一家独资企业。公司总部设立于日本爱知县，于1969年4月成立，产品主供丰田汽车使用；在美国墨西哥、泰国、印度尼西亚都设有分公司，从业人员达到800余人。目前在常州的分公司于2011年9月开始运营，主要从事以线束为主的制造加工业务，客户主要分布于天津、重庆、广州、杭州等地区。项目建成后，开成生产线束34万根（2轮用线束12万根，多重通信线束22万根）的生产规模。公司实行八小时双休工作制，免费提供工作餐，按照国家规定缴纳社保和公积金，提供带薪年休假和法定假日、旅游、体检等福利。
