Dongjiang Holding Group was registered in Hong Kong in 2001. It is a comprehensive investment group established with Hunan Dongjiang Investment Management Co., Ltd. as its core, integrating environmental protection, new energy, smart city construction, digital technology, cultural tourism, mining, and commercial real estate. Adhering to the consistent principle of people-oriented and mutual benefit, over the years, the Group has accumulated rich experience in negotiation, construction, and management of various government BOT projects, as well as experience in investment and financing and in the operation and management of listed companies, and has accumulated certain high-quality resources.
Hunan Dongjiang Investment Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Dongjiang Holding, has built multiple BOT projects in Hunan Province, including Shaoyang Solid Waste Treatment Plant, Zhangjiajie Sewage Treatment Plant, Yongzhou Daoxian Solid Waste Treatment Plant, and Yueyang Development Zone Sewage Treatment Plant. In other fields, it also has the Guilin Landscape Golf Project, Changsha Bailu Lake Project, Hunan Digital Network Project, New Dongjiang Mining, Ecological Rice Industry, etc. The total amount of projects invested and constructed across the country exceeds 2 billion.
