四川煤矿安全监察局安全技术中心是四川煤矿安全监察局、四川省安全生产监督管理局下属事业单位。主要业务范围开展安全生产政策、法规、标准研究。承担安全科研、技术咨询、成果推广。在资质范围内承担煤矿设施设备、产品检验，作业场所安全监测和职业危害检测评价、安全评价；煤矿建设工程质量监督、矿山安全仪器计量检定；安全监督执法有关检测检验、司法鉴定、安全相关培训工作。负责省级矿山实验室、专业危害检测与评价实验室、安全培训实训基地建设和管理、四川煤监局网站等。
