Three-tier compensation, with all algorithms open to everyone:
1. Fixed salary: guaranteeing position value, recalibrated every year at the Rebirth Festival based on the capability radar chart.
2. Collaboration bonus: you contribute 25% of it into the shared destiny pool each month, and the company matches it equally. When comrades give you thank-you cards, you earn more back from this pool.
3. Battle merit bonus: claim bounty KR, capture the hill, and confirm rights through voting after the battle. A single campaign can reach up to six figures.
4. No boss decides bonuses—only downstream confirmation forms and thank-you cards confirm your contribution.

Your capability radar chart, collaboration bonus pool, bounty KR progress, and comrade testimonial wall—all four interfaces are visible in real time. During the 2026 Spring Festival peak: 190 battle merit records in full, 42 handwritten customer testimonials, and 150,000 yuan in battle merit bonuses publicly disclosed throughout with no appeals.
