Shenzhen Shenlonggang Construction Supervision Co., Ltd. was established in April 1994 and is one of the earlier supervision units in Shenzhen. It has obtained Grade A qualifications for housing construction, bidding agency, and municipal engineering supervision, as well as Grade B qualifications for water conservancy and electric power engineering supervision. In 2000, the company passed the ISO9001:2008 quality standard certification, further strengthening the standardization, institutionalization, and scientific management of its operations. The company can undertake supervision for various industrial, civil, municipal, water conservancy, and electric power engineering projects. The company currently has 200 employees, with strong technical force and complete professional support. Most employees are backbone personnel engaged in engineering design, construction, quality management, and cost consulting for a long time. Among them, over 80% have intermediate or senior technical titles, and over 40% hold national registered qualifications such as architect, structural engineer, equipment engineer, consultant, cost engineer, and supervision engineer. Over years of engineering supervision practice, the company has continuously purchased commonly used on-site testing instruments and equipment according to the testing (inspection) needs of various engineering construction sites. To further enhance and meet the testing (inspection) requirements at engineering construction sites, our company has signed a long-term cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Taike Inspection Co., Ltd. to further satisfy the needs for testing (inspection) items at engineering construction sites. Since its establishment, the company has completed an average annual supervision workload of approximately RMB 1 billion and a bidding agency workload of approximately RMB 500 million.
