Changsha Tianning Thermal Power Co., Ltd. is a cogeneration enterprise led by Elion Clean Energy (600277), a listed company controlled by Elion Resources Group, and jointly invested by state-owned and private enterprises. It is dedicated to providing high-quality and stable centralized heating services for enterprises in two * national zones in Ningxiang City. The project has built 3×75 boilers and 1×6 back-pressure + 1×15 back-pressure turbine-generator units, equipped with ultra-low emission desulfurization and denitrification facilities, with a total investment of 500 million yuan. The project was put into operation in June 2010. In order to meet the steam demand of the park, 3×50 gas boilers were newly built in 2021. The company adheres to the core values of "customer-oriented, honest and win-win" and takes realizing the park's basic supporting facilities as its own responsibility. At present, the main steam supply network has reached 70, the * longest steam supply distance is 12, and the available coverage covers 400 square kilometers, providing steam services for nearly 100 new material and food enterprises in the park.
