Changsha Better Biotechnology Research Institute Co., Ltd. (a private joint-stock enterprise) is a large domestic veterinary drug enterprise. It is a High-tech Enterprise (Certificate No.: GR202043001745), with a Quality Credit Rating of Grade A, a Changsha Municipal Technology Innovation Center, and has been awarded the title of Top 30 Chinese Veterinary Drug Preparations and the title of Meritorious Enterprise for 40 Years of China's Aquatic Animal Health Industry. Located in Ningxiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, it was completed and put into production in 2003. It has successively established close cooperative relationships with Shanghai Ocean University, Hunan Agricultural University, Hunan Provincial Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, and many other research institutions and universities nationwide. It is mainly engaged in the research, development, and application of new technologies in the fields of livestock and poultry diseases, aquatic animal diseases and pests, microorganisms, and animal identification. The enterprise covers an area of over 60 mu, with nearly 400 employees, 50,000 square meters of research and production buildings, fixed investment of nearly 200 million yuan, 7 production lines, a total of 11 dosage forms of veterinary drug GMP workshops, and 2 other production lines (microecological preparations, animal identification, etc.). Better products sell well nationwide, and the brand reputation comes from users. In 2021, sales reached 260 million yuan. From 2022 to date, sales of 200 million yuan have been completed, a slight increase compared to the same period last year. It is expected that by the end of the year, the annual sales growth rate will increase by 10%.
