巴州鸿源石油装备器材有限公司成立于2009年7月，位于轮台县红桥石油服务区，厂区占地面积240亩。公司注册资金3000万人民币。
公司主要生产石油、天然气井专用油、套管及其配套附件、井下工具、割缝筛管的加工、修复和检测业务，拥有国内外三大石油管材制造商（天钢、宝钢、日本JFE公司）六大系列、百余种规格螺纹以及API扣型的授权加工资质。公司还先后通过国家质量管理体系、环境管理体系以及职业健康安全管理体系认证。
公司自成立以来，始终以高起点、高技术含量和优质服务的“两高一优”作为发展宗旨，努力抓好产品质量，不断改进生产工艺，以优质的产品和良好的信誉，赢得了一大批新老客户的好评。已连续四年成为中石化西北油田B类物资优秀主力供应商。目前，公司已被自治区列入第三批战略性新兴产业项目。
