北京首创融资担保有限公司（简称“首创担保”）成立于1997年底，2003年7月经北京市人民政府批准战略重组，是北京市成立*早暨市区两级政府大力支持的国有政策性担保机构，在全国率先建立以中小企业为定位的*支担保资金，是北京市中小微企业融资担保主渠道。目前注册资本金10.02308亿元，净资产31.05亿元。自成立以来，首创担保始终坚持为中小微企业提供普惠化、批量化、规模化的担保服务，独创了“注册资本金+托管资金”的“双轨制”管理模式，建立健全了中小企业担保体系，在北京各区县设立了16个分支机构，与30余家银行展开合作，已累计为逾3万家中小微企业提供超2500亿元的融资担保服务，先后获得信贷市场主体评级AAA级及资本市场主体评级AA+级。
