Our company is a private enterprise registered and established in 1997. Its predecessor was Nanchang Hongda Textile Co., Ltd., and it was changed to Nanchang Hongda Investment Development Co., Ltd. in 2006. It is located at No. 717 Fushan Middle Avenue, Xiaolan Economic Development Zone, Nanchang County, covering an area of 200 mu. Our company is the largest production-oriented textile enterprise in Nanchang County. Since its establishment, we have always adhered to the business philosophy of "customer first, quality first, reputation first". The production and operation scale and self-operated export foreign exchange earnings have increased year after year. From the original dozen or so looms, it has developed to 800 now. The enterprise's land area and building area have also increased seven or eight times compared with the initial period. There are more than 400 employees, an annual output value of 380 million yuan, and a total profit and tax of 17.68 million yuan. The company has been rated by the municipal and county governments as "Advanced Enterprise in Export Foreign Exchange Earnings" and "Key Private Enterprise", and by the tax authorities as "Special-Grade Taxpaying Unit" and "Tax-Source Growth Enterprise". Since 2013, it has served as a standing council member unit of the Jiangxi Provincial Textile Industry Association.
Under the care and support of relevant provincial and municipal departments, the county party committee, the county government, and the development zone, the enterprise has achieved steady development. Since moving into the development zone in 2006, our company has begun to steadily advance the planning path of enterprise transformation and upgrading, determined to become bigger and stronger, gradually phasing out shuttle looms and investing in the construction of new rapier looms. At the end of 2010, the registered capital was 80 million yuan. Relying on many years of production experience in the textile industry, through technology introduction and independent research and development, we have mastered the production processes of textile and garment fabrics and PU leather base fabrics, thereby forming the industrial chain mainly focused on PU leather base fabrics, and filling the gap in Jiangxi Province where there was no PU leather base fabric production line.
In order to stabilize and expand the market, the company has now established a technology research and development center led by 2 master's degree holders, with 10 university graduates and 58 technicians as the backbone. Every year, 3 million yuan is invested as special funds for technological transformation and research and development. In 2011, the single-sided waste-free yarn technology developed through original craftsmanship reached the domestic advanced level. In 2012, the total production value was 380 million yuan, an increase of 6.7% over 2011; the total profit and tax was 17.68 million yuan; the overall labor productivity was 880,000 yuan, an increase of 8%; and the per capita profit and tax was 45,000 yuan.
Now, our company has formed a sales coverage network in the domestic market, including more than 90 in the Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions alone, and the transformation and upgrading have achieved initial results.
In 2013, according to the requirements of the Jiangxi Provincial Textile Industry, we will develop toward high added value and high technology content, further optimize the industrial structure, vigorously develop ecological, environmentally friendly, and high value-added products, extend the enterprise production chain, improve product standards at all links of the industrial chain, ensure industrial transformation and upgrading, realize the doubling of main business income and profits and taxes, play a demonstrative and leading role for industries with expansion value, and build ourselves into a new type of enterprise with competitiveness in the domestic textile industry.
