iBoard was founded in 2006 and has 10 years of experience in the education informatization industry. It is committed to developing high-tech human-computer interaction products and specializes in mobile smart education platforms, classroom interactive teaching software, infrared touch screens, interactive whiteboards, multimedia teaching all-in-one machines, touch LCD all-in-one machines, and other products, with a sound development and production management system and complete sales and service organizations. It is a national high-tech enterprise and key software enterprise integrating science, industry, and trade.

iBoard was officially registered and established in Shenzhen, China on February 6, 2007. In 2014, it underwent a shareholding system reform and officially changed its name to Shenzhen iBoard Technology Co., Ltd. iBoard has been listed as a national high-tech enterprise and a Shenzhen software enterprise. On December 26, 2014, it received the approval letter from the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) agreeing to its listing. On January 15, 2015, the company was officially listed and transformed into a New Third Board listed enterprise (stock abbreviation: iBoard, stock code: 831753). In the same year, "iBoard" obtained the Guangdong Provincial Famous Trademark issued by the Guangdong Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce.

From 2008 to 2015, iBoard's sales increased from 1.69 million to 120 million RMB, with an average annual compound growth rate (CAGR) of 94.44%. In the international market, it covers more than 80 countries and regions, and in the domestic market, it covers 34 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, and special administrative regions across the country.
