Bailey currently has two five-story buildings, with a total factory area of 36,000 square meters, and another two six-story buildings, 15,000 square meters of employee dormitories.
Bailey provides comprehensive packaging product printing services, producing various color boxes, color cards, corrugated boxes, handbags and color manuals, etc., and continuously introduces the latest printing machinery and equipment from Europe and America, successfully establishing an independent and complete printing system, reducing the time and cost of outsourcing, allowing customers to enjoy the advantages of one-stop service. Computer-controlled and highly automated Roland 700 six-color, Roland 900 six-color, four-color and Heidelberg five-color printing machines more effectively meet the multi-level requirements of different customers.

Bailey's Hong Kong company and the domestic factory maintain dedicated line contact at all times, and the management understands the progress of each job in real time, communicates and implements various plans and instructions. Bailey also uses a computer management system to grasp updated data in a timely manner, quickly quote and formulate plans for customers.
The factory currently has more than 5,000 employees, employing more than 100 management personnel with college degrees or above. The chairman of the company appoints the manager to be fully responsible for daily affairs, under which there are six management departments: Administrative and Personnel Department, Business Department, Production Engineering Department, Quality Control Department, Warehouse Department and Finance Department. Among them, the Production Engineering Department has eight production workshops: plate-making, printing, polishing, UV, corrugated mounting, card mounting, die-cutting, and box gluing; while the Warehouse Department consists of three parts: paper warehouse, material warehouse and finished product warehouse.

It has obtained qualified registration certificates under the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Entry and Exit Animal and Plant Quarantine", the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Frontier Health Quarantine" and the "Food Hygiene Law of the People's Republic of China", and has obtained a special printing industry business license issued by the Guangdong Provincial Press and Publication Bureau and the Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau. It has now passed ISO9001/14001 system certification.
