Zanhua (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., under Zanhua Group, was established in 1985 and has been focusing on expanding business in the Hong Kong and mainland China computer markets. It has successively established wholly-owned subsidiaries in China, including Zanhua (China) Electronic Systems Co., Ltd., Zanhua Electronic Systems (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and multiple branches under them, with a total workforce of over 1,000 employees. It has a technical service system covering 40 key cities nationwide and more than 100 service outlets.

Since 1986, Zanhua has become the exclusive general agent for Fujitsu computer peripheral products in mainland China and Hong Kong, and has maintained close cooperation with Fujitsu. In 1994, it established Nanjing Fujitsu Computer Equipment Co., Ltd. as a joint venture with Fujitsu. The high-speed scanners represented by Zanhua still account for more than half of the scanner imaging market share in China. Zanhua is also a major agent for world-renowned disk brands WD and Toshiba, as well as Ricoh high-speed line and laser printer brand Ricoh. Since 1992, Zanhua has entered the field of storage system integration, taking the lead in introducing EMC, NetApp, and StorageTek (now Oracle) from the United States into mainland China and Hong Kong, and successively introduced products and technologies from brands such as HDS, Symantec, Quantum, and Quest, as well as self-service banking equipment from Siemens and Hitachi, gradually developing into a system integrator for storage systems (including imaging systems) business.

Zanhua adheres to the "user-oriented" business philosophy, focusing on the banking, finance, insurance, government, enterprise, and public utility sectors, providing many users with appropriate and reliable solutions, such as document and image scanning, entry and content management, network storage systems, disaster backup and data recovery, data and system security protection, etc. It is committed to combining advanced technologies at different application levels with the development needs of users' businesses, providing users with overall solutions and integrated services for project initiation, solution design, project implementation, and after-sales technical support, including solution planning, solution design, technical consulting, solution implementation, equipment installation, system optimization, data migration, system cutover, professional technical training, product maintenance, component replacement, software upgrades, regular inspections, and troubleshooting.

Zanhua has actively participated in many *** large-scale IT projects, such as major national projects including Golden Tax, Golden Shield, Golden Land, Golden Agriculture, and Golden Customs; the National Information Center yen loan bidding; the fourth, fifth, and sixth national population censuses and the second agricultural census projects of the National Bureau of Statistics, especially the sixth national population census project in 2010, where we fully undertook the design, development, and organizational implementation of the national population census data collection system, and provided a large number of Fujitsu high-end scanners and world mainstream storage devices for this project, and developed a supporting data collection management software system, successfully completing the national event concerning the census of 1.3 billion people.

Zanhua has obtained multiple industry-authoritative qualification certifications, including Level 1 qualification for information system integration and services, ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification, CMMI Level 3 certification for software development, as well as information security and information technology service operation and maintenance qualifications. Zanhua also has a professional IT technical service team, taking the lead in mastering many advanced technologies introduced from abroad, and possesses the comprehensive capability to implement *** information industry system integration projects.
