Chongqing Tianhua Architectural Design Co., Ltd.

Chongqing Tianhua Architectural Design Co., Ltd. was established in 2014 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Tianhua Architectural Design Co., Ltd. The company is located in Building 2 of the Enterprise World in Hualongqiao, Yuzhong District, known as "Jialing Sail Shadow." Since its establishment, Chongqing Tianhua has grown to 400 employees and possesses full-process architectural design capabilities. The company has established long-term cooperative relationships with developers such as Longfor, Shui On, Poly, Dongyuan, CIFI, OCT, Country Garden, China Merchants Land, Sincere, Financial Street, Jinke, Jinhui, Jinmao, Jingrui, Sino-Ocean, Powerlong, MCC, and Continental Hope (in no particular order). The schematic design team possesses a coastal perspective and innovative capabilities while having rich experience with local Chongqing codes and operational models, particularly with unique insights into mountain architectural design; the construction drawing team is fully localized, further ensuring the buildability of schemes. The collaborative platform for drawing production and standardized procedural operations greatly ensures drawing quality and reduces errors, omissions, clashes, and missing items. Meanwhile, as a domestic expert in residential PC design, the Chongqing Tianhua construction drawing team has also participated in the compilation of Chongqing residential PC design codes and atlases.
