Fong's Textile Machinery (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fong's Industries Co., Ltd. ("Fong's Industries Group"), a Hong Kong-listed company. Founded in 1991 in Buji Town, Longgang District, Shenzhen (about 15 minutes' drive from downtown Shenzhen), the company has a total investment of USD 22.5 million and approximately 3,500 employees. It has sales offices in Shanghai, Wuhan, Qingdao, Shaoxing and other places.

In every stage of production, Fong's Textile Machinery implements comprehensive quality management in accordance with international standards. In 1996, Fong's Textile Machinery (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was authorized to use the "U" stamp of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) pressure vessel manufacturing standard. In 1997 and 1998, it obtained the BR2 level manufacturing and design qualification under China's pressure vessel standard (GB). In 1998 and 2002, it passed ISO9001:94 and ISO9001:2000 quality system certifications respectively. In 2002, Fong's Textile Machinery (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. passed the EU Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) certification and obtained the H1 level certificate, becoming one of the first companies in the world to obtain this qualification.
