Yihai (Guangzhou) Grain and Oil Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is a subsidiary of Yihai Kerry Group, established on December 16, 2003. It is a foreign-invested enterprise registered and invested by Yihai Kerry Arawana Holdings Co., Ltd. The Company is located in the West District of Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of over 67,000 square meters. Its main business includes the processing and sales of edible oils and their products, as well as providing warehousing and transit services for edible oils. It has production workshops for chemical refining, physical refining, fractionation, small packaging, specialty oils, and a wastewater treatment station.
