Tiangge Interactive Holdings Co., Ltd. was founded in July 2008 and was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 9, 2014, with stock code: 1980. Headquartered in Hangzhou, it is one of the largest real-time social video platforms in China. The company currently has nearly 1,000 employees, of which over 200 are R&D personnel, and has set up subsidiaries in Hangzhou, Beijing, and Jinhua. Its Hangzhou subsidiary—Tiange Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd., located in City West Silver Plaza, Hangzhou—is a high-tech enterprise primarily responsible for the group's internet entertainment product development, technical services, and operations and maintenance. It is mainly dedicated to the development, technical services, and operation of green instant interactive entertainment community platforms, supporting management software, and online game software.
