MOBI Technology (Xi'an) Co., Ltd. was established in April 2008, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MOBI Antenna Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. It is a high-tech enterprise engaged in R&D, production, and sales of mobile communication RF products. Its main products and services include antenna systems, base station RF subsystems, coverage extension solutions, and RF feeders. The company headquarters is located in Shenzhen High-tech Industrial Park, listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in December 2009 (stock code: HK0947), with 9 subsidiaries under it, and its comprehensive strength ranks first in China. In the procurement tenders of China Mobile, China Unicom, and China Telecom, the company has secured significant shares. In 2016, the Xi'an company achieved sales revenue of RMB 170 million, with cumulative tax payments of over RMB 40 million, and over 1,000 employees. It is expected that the total production value will reach RMB 300 million in 2017. As Xi'an becomes an important pivot and core area of the 'Belt and Road' initiative, the board will continue to increase investment, planning a 13,000 square meter plant, 4 production lines, and hundreds of advanced equipment units, which upon completion will achieve an annual output value of RMB 700 million and tax payments of RMB 50 million, creating over 1,000 new jobs, effectively driving the upstream and downstream supply chain and local employment.
