(I) Our Company


Yuanfang Industrial (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., with its headquarters located at No. 28 Bailianjing Road, Pudong New Area (Yuanqi Building), and its factory situated in Fengxian Xinghuo Development Zone, commenced production at the end of 1998. It is a large-scale chemical fiber manufacturer integrating R&D, production, and sales. In January 2003, it also commenced production of PTA (Purified Terephthalic Acid), with an annual designed production capacity of 450,000 tons, boasting a production base of 430,000 square meters. The company's main products include polyester chips, bottle-grade chips, polyester film, polyester filament, staple fiber, and purified terephthalic acid (PTA).
