Nanning Rail Transit Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nanning Rail Transit Group"), established in December 2008, is a large state-owned enterprise directly under the Nanning Municipal People's Government, with independent legal personality, autonomous operation, and independent accounting. Guided by the mission of "Rail transit leading a magnificent life," the vision of "Becoming an excellent urban comprehensive service provider," and the core values of "People-oriented integrity, responsibility, pragmatism and innovation, excellence and efficiency," Nanning Rail Transit Group is committed to building a diversified pattern featuring coordinated development of rail transit construction, operation, station-city development, resource management, and other businesses, promoting the mutual reinforcement and advancement of rail transit and urban development, guiding the optimization and adjustment of urban space and industrial transformation and upgrading, and providing strong support for the high-quality economic and social development of Nanning. Nanning Rail Transit Group has a registered capital of 13.3 billion yuan and total assets of 116.7 billion yuan, making it the first municipal state-owned enterprise in Nanning to obtain an AAA principal credit rating. The Group's headquarters has 19 departments (centers and business divisions), with 30 subsidiaries (including branches) at all levels, 17 participating companies, and more than 12,600 employees on board. In recent years, under the strong leadership of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, Nanning Rail Transit Group has successively won honors such as the First Prize of Guangxi Science and Technology Progress Award in 2019, the "2018-2019 Guangxi Excellent Enterprise" title, "Top 50 Guangxi Service Enterprises," the 2021 Nanning Mayor Quality Award, and the 2020-2021 China Construction Engineering Luban Award. Currently, Lines 1-5 of Nanning Rail Transit have been built and put into operation, with an operating mileage of 128.2 kilometers, marking the successful completion of the construction and operation of Lines 1-5 under the first and second phases of the Nanning rail transit construction plan. Line 1 has become the first metro line opened in a minority autonomous region nationwide, and Line 5 is the first fully automatic metro line in South China.
