Federal-Mogul Zhengsheng (Changsha) Piston Ring Co., Ltd. was established in August 2013. It is a joint venture between Federal-Mogul and Changsha Zhengsheng Piston Ring Co., Ltd., dedicated to the manufacturing of large-bore piston rings for marine use. With a registered capital of 10 million USD, the company is located at No. 6, Dong San Road, Xingsha Economic and Technological Development Zone, Changsha City.

Federal-Mogul's main product composition. Powertrain (OEM customers): automotive and industrial pistons, rings, cylinder liners, and powertrain and ignition components; engine sealing systems and bearings (OEM customers): industrial oil seals, hot/cold gaskets, drivetrain bearings, bushings and thrust washers; vehicle safety and protection (OEM customers): friction system components, including brake pads, brake plates and brake linings; electromagnetic systems, thermal management systems and mechanical system protection, fuel, lighting, wiper products and chassis components; global aftermarket: a full range of industry-leading aftermarket components for the global automotive, commercial vehicle and industrial repair markets.
