Radiant (Guangzhou) Optoelectronic Devices Co., Ltd. was established in August 2007 as a wholly foreign-owned enterprise. Its main products are optoelectronic components for liquid crystal displays, such as backlight modules. The company ranks as the world's second largest manufacturer of backlight templates, with products primarily used in liquid crystal industry, LCD and other optoelectronic products.
The company's total investment amounts to US$135 million, with a registered capital of US$45 million. The factory covers an area of 105 mu (approx. 7 hectares) and is located in the Science City of Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone.
Major clients: LG Display, Samsung, Innolux, Funai, AUO, TCL, etc.

II. Compensation & Benefits:
(1) Working Hours: 5-day, 8-hour work system
(2) Salary: Overtime pay is provided in accordance with the Labor Law.
(3) Insurance: We provide formal employees with endowment, work-related injury, unemployment, maternity, and medical insurance, as well as 24-hour accident insurance.
(4) Accommodation: The company provides accommodation. Each formal employee lives in a 4-person dormitory room equipped with air conditioning, water heater, and toilet; drinking water is provided.
(5) Meals: The company offers lunch and dinner; breakfast is not yet provided, but the company grants a monthly breakfast subsidy of 30 RMB.
