I. Company History
China Qunda Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. is a company listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Stock Exchange. It was founded in 1998. It established Yiqun Da Industrial Co., Ltd., Qunda Mould (International) Co., Ltd., and Qunda Trading Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong, and established Shenzhen Qundahang Precision Mould Co., Ltd., Qunda Mould (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and Qunda Plastic Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen. The company's main business is high-grade precision automotive moulds and IMD/IML new products. The company is a high-tech and independent innovation enterprise in Shenzhen, a key unit of the Guangdong Province-Ministry Cooperative Industry-University-Research Strategic Alliance, a vice president unit of the Guangdong Die & Mould Industry Association, and one of the first batch of only three "China Large Precision Plastic Mould Key Backbone Enterprises" in the country. It has established the Shenzhen Advanced Injection Molding and Mould Technology Research Engineering Center. The company adheres to technological progress and technological innovation as its orientation, introduces and assimilates advanced mould technologies from developed European and American countries, cooperates with well-known domestic and overseas science and engineering universities, continuously absorbs and cultivates various professional and technical talents, and has established a mould and IMD new technology R&D platform. The company's high-grade electronic and electrical appliance moulds are supplied to Whirlpool, TTI, Gree, Midea, and other companies. The company's IMD new products are supplied to Philips, Motorola, Nokia, Huawei, ZTE, Tongfang, Founder, Disney, Toshiba, Sanyo, LG, Teclast, and other companies for exterior decorative panels of mobile phones, MP3, MP4, IT and other high-grade electronic consumer products. III. Company Equipment
The company possesses advanced mould and IMD manufacturing equipment matched with technology R&D and production, as well as a scientific quality management system. The company has passed certification and fully implements the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System, ISO/TS16949 Automotive Quality Management System, ISO14000 Environmental System, and ROHS Hazardous Substances Control Standard. The company has more than 100 sets of European, American, Japanese and Korean CNC equipment including high-speed machining centers, gantry machining centers, EDM machines, slow-wire EDM, three-dimensional inspection instruments, and others. The company has more than 100 engineers using CAD/CAM/CAE/PIM professional software, and is proficient in the R&D and application of advanced technologies such as hot runner technology, gas-assisted technology, flow and molding defect analysis technology, low-pressure injection molding technology, two-color injection mould technology, and large deep-cavity in-mould insert injection molding. The company has developed low-pressure injection moulds for automotive interior parts, automotive intake manifold moulds, automotive door panel and pillar moulds, high-end and mid-range automotive moulds for core components such as front and rear bumpers, instrument panel moulds, automotive lights and rearview mirrors, and provides related technical services.

V. Company Benefits
Compensation and Benefits: Base salary + production bonus + incentive bonus + four insurances and one housing fund.
