Modern Precision Plastic Mould (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was established in Hong Kong in January 1979, and immediately set up a factory in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong for production. In 1991, in response to China's opening-up policy, the company relocated its factory to Liantang, Luohu District, Shenzhen, and has continuously expanded its business since then. In 1996, based on the company's business development needs, it purchased land in Biling Village, Pingshan to expand the scale of its Shenzhen factory. Currently, the company's Shenzhen factory covers an area of more than 40,000 square meters and is an independent Hong Kong-invested factory with an investment of 65 million Hong Kong dollars, specializing in the design and manufacture of high-grade precision moulds, and providing high-quality plastic products (such as plastic parts related to electronic products including mobile phones, telephones, video cameras, printers, copiers, calculators, entertainment equipment, and office machines) that meet quality requirements in molding, spray painting, printing, and assembly. At present, the production and service work we can provide includes: 1. Precision mould design: fully computerized mould and 3D engineering design, connected with the company's computerized machinery. In addition, the company's design center currently has a variety of fully functional design software and multiple professional designers. 2. Mould making: there are 10 high-precision CNC machines, 15 EDM machines, 6 tool grinders, 4 wire EDM machines, 1 3D measuring instrument, and a total of 110 machines of various types; more than 200 workers in three shifts. 3. Plastic injection molding: the company currently has 107 precision injection molding machines from Japan's Nissei, Japan Steel, Toshiba, Kawaguchi, and Germany's Arburg, etc. Each machine is equipped with various mechanical equipment such as grinders, dryers, oil temperature controllers, material loaders, robotic take-out devices, and conveyor belts, totaling 708 units; more than 400 workers in three shifts, with a daily injection molding production capacity of more than 210,000 pieces. 4. Silk screen printing: there is currently one dust-free printing room and 48 pad printing machines of various types, with a total of 85 units including various conveyor belts and drying ovens; more than 200 workers in three shifts, with a daily printing capacity of more than 180,000 pieces. 5. Spray painting: the company currently has a strictly controlled dust-free workshop, adopting 2 robotic spray painting production lines, equipped with tunnel-type infrared drying ovens and other spray painting cabinets, conveyor belts, drying ovens and other equipment; about 100 workers in three shifts, with a daily spray painting capacity of more than 50,000 pieces. 6. Quality control: the company has a very complete QC and QA system and management to ensure that all incoming materials, semi-finished products and finished products have very high quality; more than 100 workers in three shifts. In addition, the company currently has 11 large generators to provide 24-hour power supply to the company area; a complete logistics transportation and warehousing system to serve customers with high quality, efficiency and accuracy. We not only provide better services to customers in Hong Kong and Guangdong Province. At the same time, we have also set up a branch in Qingpu District, Shanghai, and started the establishment of factories and businesses such as mould making and injection molding.
