Ruihua Certified Public Accountants is a large-scale accounting firm that was formed through the merger of Zhongrui Yuehua and Guofu Haohua on April 30, 2013. It is professional, standardized, large-scale and internationalized, with its headquarters in Beijing, China. Both Zhongrui Yuehua and Guofu Haohua were among the first accounting firms in the industry to complete the transformation to a special general partnership, possessing A+H share audit qualifications and being professional service institutions with outstanding influence in China's certified public accountant industry.
