Founded in 1985 by Mr. Peng Peigen, a Canadian-Chinese architect and professor at Tsinghua University, Dadi Architecture Firm (International) is the first Sino-foreign joint-venture architectural design institution in China with Grade A qualifications. After over 30 years of development, it has become a large-scale architectural design group with more than 700 employees, completing over 1,200 engineering design projects. Dadi Shanghai's management team is young and passionate, steady yet innovative. Its core design team consists of senior foreign architects, returnees, and outstanding local architects. Nearly one-third of the team members have worked for over 10 years, possessing rich practical experience, which ensures the full control and realization of high-quality works. Dadi Shanghai provides professional services to clients, including real estate feasibility studies, urban planning and design, architectural design, environmental design, interior design, structural and MEP design consulting, and project management.
