It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Haige Communications (SZ 002465), known as "China's first stock" in the industry, and is a military-civilian integrated enterprise specializing in product R&D, production, sales, and operational services in fields such as system integration, maritime electronics, power development, and wireless communications.
