AAF Environmental Industry (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned enterprise in China established by the international * company AAF, and is also AAF's * largest manufacturing plant for industrial filtration, silencing, ventilation, and exhaust systems in the world. The company mainly produces air intake filtration systems and silencing systems for large and medium-sized gas turbine generator sets and large axial flow air compressors, as well as acoustic enclosures and exhaust systems. The company covers a total area of about 40,000 square meters. The factory workshop is equipped with internationally first-class processing equipment and tools, and has more than 300 outstanding technical backbone personnel. Company benefits:
1. Labor contract:
Upon hiring, a labor contract is signed from the probation period. After two renewals, an open-ended contract can be signed.
2. Working hours:
The company implements an 8-hour work system with two days off per week. Overtime pay is calculated according to national regulations based on wages.
3. Salary and benefits:
Monthly performance bonus, strictly pay five social insurances and one housing fund according to national regulations, and enjoy year-end bonus according to group policy. Benefits are distributed on various holidays.
