I. Introduction to Changjiang Water Resources and Hydropower Development Group Changjiang Water Resources and Hydropower Development Group (Hubei) Co., Ltd. It is a wholly state-owned enterprise funded by the Changjiang Water Resources Commission of the Ministry of Water Resources (hereinafter referred to as the Changjiang Commission), with a registered capital of 1.106 billion yuan. It mainly performs the duties of the Changjiang Commission in the management and operation of state-owned assets. Focusing on the systematic governance, development and protection of river basins, it has deepened its presence in fields such as financial services, water conservancy and hydropower, new energy, ecological and environmental protection, and water culture industry, providing full-industry-chain and full-life-cycle services covering investment, construction, management and operation. It controls the governance and development of the Lishui River Basin in Hunan, has participated in the construction of the Three Gorges Project and the Middle Route Water Source Project of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, and has won the National May 1st Labor Award and the title of Civilized Unit of Hubei Province. The Group holds Grade A qualifications for water conservancy survey and design, comprehensive qualifications for engineering supervision, and Grade A credit qualifications for engineering consulting, among other certificates.
